Mental/ emotional health is equally important as physical health. Busy schedules with a high demanding lifestyle makes it difficult to focus on emotional and mental well-being. Stress caused by fast paced life can build up energy blockages. Blocked energy can manifest in our physical body and leads to ailments. This results in low motivation which affects focus and productivity. We always look for solutions outside like medicines and supplements but never think about finding the root cause and fixing it.

Employee wellness program is an excellent way to focus on the employee’s mental, emotional and physical health. This cultural shift in an organisation can bring amazing results.

My energy healing sessions as a part of the employee wellness program works at core level to promote deep relaxation. Employees will get a boost of positive energy and will feel calmer.

Each session is unique and works more effectively for people who are open to energy work. My sound healing session starts with a guided meditation to help your employees take a break from outside noise and reconnect with their heart. As they start to relax, high vibrational sounds are played using sacred sound instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, tongue drum & challis.

Note: Session can be done during lunch time at your office space. Duration 45-60 mins.
